I finally had a day where I felt like taking a picture of myself. I have quite a bit going on in my life lately (I will have a Life Update video up in the next week). I just haven't felt "blog-worthy" lately. But yesterday I was just feeling it, so I snapped a selfie.

My Look: Mirror, Mirror...

I am not good at "mirror selfies". I am very new to the whole taking a picture of myself in the mirror thing. So bear with me on that. I'd love to do more outfit of the day type posts (you know, on the rare days I get dressed lol), so I will be practicing. Here is what we have so far.

This particular day was about a week ago, and I was headed out for another birthday bash (a birthday is an event you know) I will post whatever info I have below pics.

My Look: Casual Mommy Monday

     I have a love/hate relationship with long weekends. It's nice having hubby and kids here, but it takes me hours and hours on the following Monday to put my house back in order. Needless to say, it was a sweats and simple makeup kind of day.

I've been so exciting playing with my new Vice 2 palette from Urban Decay! It's just so pretty! Yesterday I did a dramatic green eye look following a tutorial from ThatGirlShaeXO on youtube. Do you take a lot of selfies on days you feel super sexy? I do. I probably took 20 pictures of myself today, just because I feel so good about myself I guess I needed to document it LOL.

I did my bangs super side swept today, and threw a couple extension tracks in to give me a real good side bun. I'm totally digging it, and feel rather sassy today.
