     Obviously I have been having quite a love affair with Sinful Colors "Beverly Hills" lately LOL. It's such a pretty pink though! It was limited edition, but I still see it on clearance at Rite Aid and Walgreens every now and then. 

My Look: Rose Gold & Purple

    This was a look I wore a day last week. I've worn a look very similar to this before, as I quite like the pairing of colors. Of course in these photos, I'm wearing no lip color as usual. (Seriously what kind of makeup blogger am I? lol) In the closeups my brows look totally whack, like I don't know how to match brow color. I assure you it looks fine in real life, it just looks weird in these pictures.

Swatched: Wet n Wild Tough Girl Collection Eyeshadows

       I finally found these little beauties at Walgreens today. There are 2 more trios in this collection, but I opted not to buy them knowing I'll never wear them.

      All of these trios have a great texture, none too powdery and none lacked in pigmentation. All swatches are one swipe, no primer.  Highly recommend them if you can find them!

Wet n Wild Pop Art Craze Nail Polish Swatches

      I found these polishes at one of my local Rite Aid stores. This was on Thursday, and they were on sale for $0.69 instead of the regular $0.99. As this was last week, I'm sure the sale is over now. However, $1 is really nothing to pay for a polish anyway lol. There are 2 other colors I did not pick up; one being an orange shade and the other white. 

      Formula is the same on all of these polishes, except the green. The green is a bit more sheer/jelly like while the others are opaque creams. All swatches are 2 coats, except the green which is 3. I use NYC In a New York Minute topcoat.

Wet n Wild Pop Art Craze Eyeshadow Trios

     Oh-Em-Gee!!! I have been SUPER pumped about this limited edition collection ever since I first heard about it! Yes it's all crazy ass colors, which I don't typically wear on a day to day basis, BUT it's new Wet n Wild!! I absolutely love, love, love Wet n Wild Color Icon eyeshadows. The are pretty much the biz-naz if you know what I'm saying ;)

     This collection of trios actually includes 6 new trios, but I was only interested in 5 of them. The other one consists of white, red and black and I wasn't feeling it. This collection also includes 6 new Wild Shine polishes, of which I purchased 4. (That's a whole 'nother post). The most exciting thing to me about this collection is the fact the most of these shadows are MATTE. The regular Color Icon line is seriously lacking in the matte department, so it's nice to see Wet n Wild go that route.

My Look: Guru Inspiration - Leighann Says

I watched this awesome eye tutorial by Leighann Says on youtube the other day. She did a fun summer look incorporating orange, and I thought that would be fun to try out. Do you ever recreate a look you see on youtube? How often? I find myself doing it a lot, it's always really fun to play around and see if I can make my makeup look half as good as theirs lol. I will link Leighann's video below if you want to see exactly how to accomplish this look. :)

More New Shades from Wet n WIld MegaLast Collection

     Yes, I am a hoarder. I also broke my own rule of only buying 7 nail polishes for the entire year. I can't help it!! Wet n Wild MegaLast line is my favorite brand OF LIFE, and when they launched 40 new shades, I almost peed my pants. 

    Here is a quick bottle shot of 4 more shades I recently acquired. (I have a couple more also that I forgot to snap of picture of). I just recorded a video about these new polishes, so look forward to the accompanying swatch post in the very near future!

New Wet n Wild MegaLast Nail Polishes!

     These are just a couple pictures of what I picked up. Look for swatches on here and on my YouTube channel towards the end of the month :)

     If you didn't already hear, Wet n Wild completely expanded their MegaLast line. WAHOO!!! You guys know that is my favorite nail polish line of life! Unfortunately within these 40 or so new shades are some from the Spoiled line that can be found at CVS. If you don't have a CVS near you, that may be good news. I find it a little poopy though, I wish they were all just brand new shades. Beggars can't be choosers I suppose. 

     At this moment in time, the only place that has these polishes available is the Dollar General, but they are not exclusive to that store. They will eventually be sold where ever you can find the line. I picked up 4 shades for now, but they are more that I'd like to get. At $2 a pop, I'm surprised I contained myself to only 4 LOL.

Quick pictorial today using one of the new Wet n Wild LE palettes. I used the more colorful one, called Going in the Wild (obviously Amanda, you named this post lol). Keep reading and I will explain what each step is.

Enjoy!!

1.) Apply NYX Milk to lid

2.) Apply WnW Brûlée single in crease area (for blending)

3.) Apply brown Crease shade as shown

4.) Apply purple Crease shade to lid

5.) Apply dark purple Definer shade to outer corner

6.) Smudge dark purple on lower lash line

7.) Finish with black gel liner on top and bottom waterlines. Thin line of black liner to upper lashline. Curl lashes, add mascara.

Swatches: NEW Wet n Wild LE Spring Forward palettes

      I had such a LONG day yesterday! Kids had no school again (that's getting old quick!) and it was a just a drag. So after the kids finally fell asleep (we're talking 10 pm here) I grabbed up the car keys and ran out the door. I'm a night owl anyway, so late night shopping isn't a big deal to me. I prefer it actually, less people :-P

    Off I headed to my local Meijer in hopes of finding the new Limited Edition palettes from Wet n Wild. Lo and behold, they were there! I also grabbed a Milani baked blush in Berry Amore because I've seen several dupe videos/ posts that it is a dupe to Warm Soul by MAC.

      You may notice by the swatches that the more neutral palette (Nude Awakening) has a lot of similar shades to the original Naked palette by Urban Decay. Soo.... $4.70 compared to $50, I think that's a good bargain. Granted they aren't exactly the same, and there are less shades, but it's very similar.
